What this website knows about you
Short version: almost nothing. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. The only information I ever see is what you choose to send me.

Cookies
None. This site sets no cookies, so there is nothing for you to accept or refuse.
Analytics and tracking
None. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no visitor tracking of any kind. I do not know who visits, how often, or from where.
My other sites
This page is about khurramiftikhar.com. My other projects live on their own addresses, for example atlas.khurramiftikhar.com and mememaker.khurramiftikhar.com. Those are free to use and paid for by advertising, so they do show ads and the cookies that come with them. Each one has its own privacy page, and none of them is covered by what you read here.
What your own browser remembers
If you pick a different design with the switch in the menu, your browser remembers that choice so the site looks the same on your next visit. It stays on your device. It is never sent to me or to anyone else, and you can clear it any time by clearing your browser data.
The contact form
If you write to me, I receive your name, your email address, the topic you picked and your message. Nothing else.
- The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message on and does not store it.
- It arrives at [email protected], which is forwarded by Cloudflare into my Gmail inbox, run by Google.
- I keep messages in my inbox so I can reply and remember our conversation. Ask me to delete yours and I will.
- I never add anyone to a mailing list and I never pass your details to anyone.

Hosting
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like every web host, their servers record technical details of each request, including IP addresses, to keep the site online and safe. Those logs belong to Cloudflare. I do not see them and cannot search them.
Fonts and other outside services
Nothing on these pages is fetched from another company. The typefaces, and the small QR code library on the contact page, are stored on this domain, so your browser never has to ask Google or anyone else for them, and nobody else learns that you were here.
Links to LinkedIn, Amazon or anywhere else are ordinary links. Those sites have their own rules, and nothing loads from them until you click.
Photos
The photos of me and my family are mine. The Vienna photographs come from Unsplash, are stored on my own domain, and each one credits its photographer.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask me what information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to [email protected] and I will answer. If you are unhappy with how I handle it, you can complain to the Austrian data protection authority, the Datenschutzbehörde.
Children
My coding club, HScoding, is a separate private site for my daughters and a few friends, with its own rules. It is not part of this website, and access is only given to people I know personally.
